Briefly about me:

My name is Roksana Yashchuk, I am a Certified Transactional Analyst in the fields of Psychotherapy and Organization, a Provisional Teaching and Supervising in the fields of Psychotherapy and Organization (CTA-P & CTA-0, PTSTA-P-O-EATA).

I have a University degree in Finance and Psychology, worked in various fields, rose from a waitress to a general manager in a holding company, and have experience in private business in the jewelry and restaurant sectors. All of this gives me the opportunity to understand both various processes in the business world and the psychological level.

I also have a degree in psychotherapeutic areas (except TA) - body-oriented therapy (The Bodynamic System), EMDR, Traumafokus.

I am the author of various trainings, educational games, podcasts "TA in Ukraine" and "Psychologists during the War", the projective technique "Plus and Minus" (fairy tale therapy), the manual "Working materials: The First Year in TA" (2024) and the online publication 'Therapeutic Fairy Tales'.

I am also the founder and The first President of the Ukrainian Society of Transactional Analysis (USTA), and now an Honorary Member of USTA and a member of the Board.

Currently, in addition to training courses, private psychotherapeutic practice and supervisory practice, I work as a supervisor of psychologists (crisis counseling) in the Empatia program, Opora Foundation, The Netherlands.

Initially, my idea of the Academy was to create a project with the support of the USTA for additional training courses, which were held in 2021-2023 on the topics of working with trauma with Cristina Caizzi, working with couples with Alex Piotrowska, and understanding and working with gender diversity with Liza Heatley. The managers and organizers were Angelina Sashko and Svitlana Ursatyeva.

At the same time, since 2015, the direction of Transactional Analysis in Organizations has been developing as the International Project "Transactional Analysis in Organizations", founded, led and organized by my colleague Nataliia Isaieva, and managed and organized by Anna Kokhan.

During this time, two groups completed the training with the instructor Harry Gerth, TSTA-O-EATA ( The Netherlands). I was a member of the first group, and thanks to this project, I was able to receive my long-awaited training and subsequently the international Certification.

In 2020, the TA Conference "People create the Organization or the Organization creates People" was held. Currently, Transactional Analysis in Organizations in Ukraine is being distributed and the third group is already undergoing training at TA Organization, where I am already a trainer.

Currently, ATA in TA includes my training courses on Transactional Analysis 101 and 202 in Psychotherapy and Organizations and supervision groups in these areas. I am also planning additional interesting meetings and courses by guest trainers and Certified TA Specialists.

Roksana Yashchuk is the founder of the ATAinTA training ATAinTA training platform.
